Iain Softley directs Jonny Lee Miller, Angelina Jolie and Fisher Stevens in this teen thriller about high school hackers framed by an evil corporation.

God awful glimpse at an alternative mid Nineties where every other kid in high school is a screeching rollerblader in wetsuits or Cyberdog rave wear wanting to crack the Pentagon’s 2FA. Vibrantly more visual than The Net but also very akin to an early evening kids TV show in terms of performance, dynamics and threat. The Bunk plays a hapless narc who dresses like Malcolm X and still manages to be the coolest thing in this. Naff film, good soundtrack.
