David Gelb directs Jiro Ono, Yoshikazu Ono and Masuhiro Yamamoto in this foodie documentary about the multi-Michelin starred sushi chef who operates from a tiny concession in a Tokyo subway station.
Fascinating subject (especially the relationship between the details obsessed father and his dedicated sons) but a very trope heavy directorial voice.
